Delivery Policy
1) Door step delivery shall be within Singapore from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
- Restricted / limited access areas, delivery will only be subjective to seller policy (Unsure please give us a call)
- Bulky items are to be collected at ground level if there is no direct lift access.
- Delivery into customer’s premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.
2) Delivery will be made 3 Business days after order.
3) Buyer must take responsibility on checking the goods upon delivery
- Quantity of item
- Quality of the item
4) Call before delivery will be made before our driver set off.
- Upon reaching the place, 15mins waiting interval + 3 times phone call will be given to the buyer
- If no one will to receive the parcel within the waiting time + no pick up any calls, buyer has the option to do a self collection at our retail / pay for a re-delivery fee.
5) Any request for the items to be placed outside the door, fire riser etc will not be recommended (In any event if the parcel is stolen / lost, Hardware Specialist will not be liable for that)
6) We reserve the rights to offer alternative solution should there be any error on pricing and promotion.
FAQ – Delivery
Q1 : What if nobody at home/office to collect the parcel?
A1 : Customers can choose to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.
Q2 : There wont be anyone at home to collect the parcel during office hours (8am – 6pm).
A2 : For this special request of providing after office hour can be made with additional delivery fee (Unsure please give us a call)
Q3 : Items deliver wrongly by Hardware Specialist.
A3 : Re-delivery of the correct model of the item will be made (Cost will be bare by Hardware Specialist)
Q4 : Upon receiving the order from our driver, you realize you ordered the wrong model for the item.
A4 : Just accept the parcel first and drop by our retail to exchange for the correct model of the item (Refer to Exchange Policy If needed)

Exchange Policy
Hardware Specialist take great pride & Integrity in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.
You may exchange the items within 7 days (Upon receiving the item) in the following cases:
a) You have received a defective item
b) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
*** Please note that you must keep the product(s) in the state when you received.
We will provide a re-deliver and exchange the items at our cost.
Return / Exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
FAQ – Exchange
Q1 : Upon installation you realize you ordered the wrong size / model can i do a refund?
A2 : Item sold is Non-Refundable (For exchange policy, please refer)
Q2 : Do i need to register the product warranty?
A2 : Yes product warranty has to be register within 7 days upon receiving the item.
Q3 : What if i never register the product warranty and the item is damage?
A3 : Warranty will be subjective by the Brand Manufacturer. Therefore we highly recommend buyer to remember to register the product warranty.
Q4 : After using the product, you realize it not what you wanted. Can i return it?
A4 : We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.
Q5 : After using the product for few times, the item is damage. Can i exchange a brand new?
A5 : If users fault / mishandling of the product, Exchange cant be done. If it’s manufacture defect within warranty period, kindly bring back for repair.
Q6 : I bought the item brand new unopened, but i don’t need it anymore. Can i get a refund?
A6 : Items sold are Non Refundable.
