Bellinzoni ONE Marble Crystallizer and Gloss Maintainer for Marble, Terrazzo and Limestone

Indicated for the crystallization and periodic maintenance of marbles, marble-based agglomerates, marble- cement, terrazzo, limestone and other calcium carbonate-based surfaces. Product provides a high reflective mirror like shine restoring dull surfaces, increasing surface hardness and resistance to heavy foot traffic, general abrasion, scratches and scuffs. Ideal for the periodic maintenance of large surfaces such as in hotels, airports and office buildings. Suitable for use with single-disc floor machines equipped with steel wool or crystallization pads. The treatment chemically reacts with the material, without forming surface films or coatings.

Method of Use:

ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following the below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Remove all previous waxes, films, patinas and dirt using our ULTRA STRIPPER.

Manual: Product is ready for use.

1. Shake well before use. Do not dilute or mix with other products. Pour a small amount of product (approximately 4 caps = 40 ml) directly onto the floor to be treated. Work in small areas at a time (1-2m ²)
2. Proceed to polish the surface using a single disc machine 150-200 rpm (PHOENIX ES), fitted with a “000” steel wool pad for floor crystallization or using a white/natural fibre nylon pad. Use circular motions evenly throughout the surface.
3. Continue to polish the area until the product has dried up completely.
4. After polishing the area, remove any residues or dust from the surface using a dry cloth, dry mop or a vacuum cleaner

Spray buffing (750ml): Product is ready for use.

1. Shake well before use. Do not dilute or mix with other products. Spray a small amount of product (approximately 3-4 sprays) directly onto the area to be treated. Work in small areas at a time (1-2m ²)
2. Proceed to polish the surface using a single disc machine 150-200 rpm (PHOENIX ES), fitted with a “000” steel wool pad for floor crystallization or using a white/natural fibre nylon pad. Use circular motions evenly throughout the surface.
3. Continue to polish the area until the product has dried up completely.
4. After polishing the area, remove any residues or dust from the surface using a dry cloth, dry mop or a vacuum cleaner
5. Notes: To increase final surface gloss, we suggest adding a coat of our RR1 to supply a higher gloss and shine. During application, product should be applied to materials with temperature between 10° and 30°C. Maintain product in its original container/packaging. Always test product first.

Recommendations:

Uneven floors, etched or deeply scratched surfaces must be grinded/polished mechanically using specific abrasives starting at 400 grit. (see FIBRALUX pads). Do not dilute with water or solvents. Do not apply to damp or wet surfaces. Avoid drips and splashes of product on material to be treated. Excessive application or use can burn or etch the marble surface. Avoid product drips and splashes on surrounding areas. Before use, read completely product label, technical data sheet and safety data sheet.
