The DGA517RTE cordless Angle Grinder is powered by 18V Li-ion slide type battery (not included), with soft start for smooth start-ups and variable speed control to match the speed to the application, to deliver up to 8,500 rpm. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life, and optimises battery energy use for up to 50 per cent longer run time per charge. Soft grip for user’s increased comfort and control on the job.

The Angle Grinder is equipped with a large paddle switch for user convenience, anti-restart to prevent motor start up when the battery is inserted with the switch locked on and electronic current limiter for overload protection.
